There are several criticisms of the current economic system:
Capitalism is a source of oppression for the individual, it suppresses his freedom, his autonomy as well as his creativity.
From a social point of view:
Capitalism is a source of poverty for workers, it generates inequalities. It emphasizes opportunism and selfishness and jeopardizes solidarity and the creation of social bonds.
From an environmental perspective:
Capitalism has had an impact on the structure of our societies, these new structures degrade nature.
Capitalism generates the emission of greenhouse gases but not only that, it's the whole way of life that is to be questioned, without change, humanity is doomed to its loss.
Ultra-liberal and financial capitalism, too often guided by the short term and greed of a few, is coming to an end
